Yes Cake A Break Deliver.
We deliver within the Sutherland Shire for free for orders over $100.
We deliver out of area for a small fee. Alternatively you can arrange to pick up your order at a suitable time.
Do you cater for people with allergies/Dietary requirements?Yes.
We make Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan and diabetic friendly cakes.
If you are after a wedding cake and a guest has food allergies or dietary requirements, we can cater for them also, either a Cupcake that they can solely eat or a specialised tier.
Do i need to keep my cake refridgerated?No.
If it is covered in fondant it must not be put in the fridge, Fondant doesn't like Moisture.
The only exception is if the cake has a cream filling or fresh cream on it. I will not Fondant a fresh cream cake.
How long will my cake last for?Mudcake will last for a week if kept covered out of the fridge. In the fridge it will keep for up to 3 weeks.
Buttercake/chocolate cake will last 2 days maximum. These cakes i generally do not cover in fondant.
How early do i have to order?Generally a wedding cake/cupcakes should be ordered minimum 6 weeks prior to the event. I have fullfilled orders in 2 weeks, although i take a limited amount of clients per week to ensure a quality product, i have generally been booked out months in advance.
