My fianc Gary and I wanted to write to thank you for our beautiful wedding invitations and to let you know how much we appreciate the excellent customer service that you provided from the start to the finish. Not only do we think the invitations look amazing (we ordered the Jewel Mist Square Vertical Invitation and Envelopes in Teal) but we also really liked that we could call to get help with our many questions, the various kinds of fonts and colours that we could use, receiving a 10% discount from a local printer near our home, the fast and free delivery of samples and our invitations and how we could make up to two changes of the invitation proof before it was finalised, which we did! We sent the invitations out this week and people have already started to tell us how much they like them. With so many other things going on with planning the wedding, you helped to make the whole process easy and stress free. We will definitely be recommending DreamDay to anyone that is getting married. What is the Guest List Toolkit? DreamDay knows that creating, managing and manipulating your guest list is one of the largest hassles about organizing a wedding. That's why we put so much time and effort into making it simple for you. You will use your guest list for several months to track communications with your guests. Our helpful GuestList ToolKit helps you every step of the way; * Identify the number of guests from a venue and budgeting perspective * Track number of Guests and number in Invitations * Track how many guests are invited by the Bride, Bride's Parents etc. * Finalise the guest list * Prepare and send your invitations * Collate RSVPs to determine final numbers * Note special requirements and dietary needs by guest * Identify menu selection if required * Track gifts received so Thank You cards are a breeze * Organize Tables and seating arrangements * Print guest lists Alphabetically and By Table for the Reception Venue noting special requirements * Track which Thank You cards have been posted If you use our GuestList ToolKit, you will save heaps of time, and reduce your stress and hassles. Can I change the colours to match the colour theme of my wedding, or a swatch of fabric? If you have specific colour requirements that are not met by our broad range of colour schemes (over 40 colours), you can call and request a custom consultation. These orders typically take longer to deliver and incur an artwork charge of $150 or more. This is due to the sampling and graphic design time required to modify and proof each accessory. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have special needs at 1800 55 22 52. What is so special about DreamDay envelopes? First impressions last and being unique and stylish is always in vogue. Our custom printed Keepsake Envelope brings your card to the top of the pile every time. We supply a clear plastic self-sealing bag to protect each keepsake envelope from postage marks and soiling through the post. You should place the postage stamp on the outside of the plastic bag so the post office can postmark the stamp, and so your envelope will arrive in pristine condition. If you really want to make a statement, go for our premium foil lined envelope. Premium envelopes are available in gold and silver foil and come complete with your names in foil. To complete the first impression, consider personalized Invitation Liners and rigid presentation boxes with themed full colour labels. What are my payment options? Visa or MasterCard Is there a minimum order quantity? Yes, all items have a MOQ of 30. Please note that the prices fall dramatically - up to 60% per piece as the quantity ordered increases. You can order any quantity over 30. How many invitations should I order? If you are personalizing your invitations, we calculate the number of invitations and place cards etc. based on your guest list using DreamDay's Guest List Toolkit. Keep in mind, DreamDay always supplies approximately 5% blank extra invitations and accessories FREE of chargewith every order. If you are buying standard invitations and accessories, you will need to tell us at the shopping cart how many you require. For all items our minimum is 30 pieces. As a rule of thumb the number of Guests is roughly "2.2 times" the number of invitations. In our shopping cart we default to 60 invitations and 135 guests, but you can change this to suit your needs. Any quantity 30 or above is fine. From an etiquette standpoint, anyone over the age of 18 should receive their own invitation. For single guests decide if you will be inviting only them or "and guest". Finally, for families with children, be clear as to who is invited within the family. What if the venue or date changes after I have already ordered? At DreamDay Invitations, we know circumstances change, if you need to reorder your job, call us within 30 days of your previous order and we will reprint your order with changes at a 40% discount. You will need to call us and get a promotional or discount code in this situation. Do I need to order extras? Typically, no. DreamDay always supplies approximately 5% blank extra invitations and accessories FREE of charge with every printed order just in case you have a last minute addition or if you need to correct a spelling error with a guest name, address or salutation. It is very important that you settle on your guest list prior to ordering and that you have all of the information correct and triple checked. These extra invitations and accessories are included at no cost to you as a courtesy. Re-printing, especially very short runs are extremely expensive and this is why we provide the extra invitations just in case. If you do need to place a second order, unfortunately you must order at least 30 and you will have to pay the 30 piece price, even if you ordered 300 last week. There is no avoiding this as the cost in the short run includes the "set up" costs for the job. How are my invitations delivered? All invitation orders must be delivered to a street address (no PO boxes) and someone must be present to sign for them. They are delivered during business hours by a common carrier or courier. The best bet is to get the invitations delivered to a work address or where you know someone will be present to sign for them. Due to the high value of each personalized delivery, leaving the package without a signature is not acceptable. How do I get a sample? Simply click on "Order Sample" next to any invitation. DreamDay Invitations, leads the industry when it comes to samples, we provide you samples below our cost, because we know when you see the quality of our product, you will proceed with an order. For a token $4.00 payment we will send you a generic production sample of the invitation design and colour you select in ALL 3 paper types we offer, PLUS our unique full-colour standard printed envelope. This $4 cost includes postage and handling. Please note DreamDay sends samples of our invitations and our accessories. We strongly advise you get a sample so you can see the differing printing effects on our different papers. As you would be aware, what you see on a computer monitor is not an accurate representation of what the finished printed product will look like. Tones and shades vary considerably on our three different paper stocks. How long until I receive my invitations? Typically printed invitation orders are printed, and shipped in a couple of business days. DreamDay Invitations is a state of the art web-to-print manufacturing facility and your order is processed and printed immediately 24 hours a day. Your job is printed and being processed within minutes of you "Submitting Your Order". Typically it takes about a week to finish all of the construction and quality control aspects of an order with embossing or foiling. You will also need to factor in road freight from Sydney for an exact delivery lead time. Typically, 3 weeks is plenty of time to get your order delivered anywhere in Austrlia.
