Who are OMG?

Why should I choose OMG directories over other methods of advertising?

Visitors to our directories are looking for products and services. By appearing in our search results you stand to gain targeted business leads to help grow your business.

My business doesn’t have a website, can I still advertise with you?

Absolutely. In fact, we like to think of our directory listings as small websites (or mini-sites as we call them). Like regular websites, mini-sites contain your contact information as well as photos, videos, your operating hours, accepted payment methods and much more.

How do I know which site is right for my business to advertise?

With over 30,000 websites we are sure to have a directory to match your business. If you are unsure which one is the best fit for your company please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

How much does it cost to advertise on OMG?

We have a range of payment plans to suit any budget. For more information on our plans please check out our pricing and sign up page.

How long do I have to sign up for?

Our listings are a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments on your part; you simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

How do I upgrade my listing?

You can upgrade at any time by logging into your account and choosing ‘change subscription plan’ from the drop-down menu.

If I have a query regarding my bill, or want to cancel a listing, who do I contact?

What do you do with my private details?

We take privacy seriously and will never share your details with another company. Our complete privacy policy is available here.

What is the difference between payment plans?

We have 4 listing plans – Premium, Advanced and Plus.

  • Premium, Advanced and Plus plans can all add unlimited features to their profile (photos, videos, special offers etc.)
  • Premium listings appear on up to 20 related industry directories and appear above Advance, Plus and Standard listings in search results.
  • Advanced listings will always appear above Plus and Standard listings.
  • Advanced, Plus and Standard listings only appear on one industry directory and

How do I get my listing to appear at the top of the search results?

Premium listings get priority placement at the top of our search results.

I’ve found a mistake on a listing, how do I report it?

Please contact us if you find any mistakes or errors on our listings.

We have more than one office – can I get separate listings for them all?

Yes, absolutely. If you would like to register more than one office please contact us by phone 1300 123 664 and one of our Account Managers will help you.

I don’t want to give out my address – do I have to provide it?

It is important for us to have you business address for billing and security reasons but we understand that you may not want this information to appear on your directory listing. If you would like to restrict your address to show your suburb only simply un-check the ‘show street address’ box when editing your listing. There is also a check box to show or hide the map on your listing.

How do I remove my business details?

If for whatever reason you want to remove your business details from our network please contact our customer service department by phone on 1300 123 664 or use the contact form here.

Can I be debited another way?

For monthly payment plans we currently only accept credit cards. We do however accept EFT payments for annual subscriptions.
