I am an authorised civil marriage celebrant based in South East Queensland, central to Tamborine Mountain, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Wongawallan, Beaudesert, Logan and northern New South Wales.

I provide a relaxed stress free approach - with ceremonies that your guests will love as well. With attention to detail and guidance and support, I will ensure that your wedding ceremony is enjoyable and relaxed and beautiful. I attend to all the legal paperwork and write an individual ceremony for you, based on what you want. We keep in contact the whole way through. My service generally includes all meetings, a rehearsal, use of a PA system, a personal and creative ceremony, ongoing support and guidance up to your day and delivering your ceremony on the day, as well as registering your marriage afterwards. As your celebrant, I guide you in the unfolding of your ceremony. Your involvement in the creation of your ceremony may be large or small - your choice always. Vows, rituals (candles, wine, flowers...), poetry or prose, tributes to or from your family or friends, elements from your own or adopted cultural heritage, and the parts needed to make it legal - all of these make a ceremony for you. I provide you with the information and resources you need to choose the ceremony that is right for you.

Music and readings are important for your ceremony, whether a wedding, naming, commitment ceremony, renewal of vows, or other ceremony. An uplifting piece of music at the end of your ceremony leaves everyone feeling buoyant and ready for the next step of your celebration. A romantic and traditional piece may herald the start of your ceremony - for an alternative ceremony, you may like some chanting or world music to start the proceedings. The readings you choose will depend on the type of ceremony you want - lighthearted, deeply romantic, spiritual, traditional or contemporary.

Thank you for a beautiful naming ceremony for our children. It truly was a magical experience, almost dream like. When I was planning this ceremony a lot of people queried why I was doing this, I explained to them then that the ceremony is actually a way of introducing the guardians of a child, to explain the meaning of the names & why that name was chosen. Because some many people queried me, I started to question the importance of the ceremony for us & why we felt we should be doing this, but our original supporting beliefs were cemented when the ceremony started. This was truly a moving experience. I believe you moved many people that day with the beauty of the ceremony & the words you spoke. I know the grandparents & the great grandparent loved the certificates you presented them with. I remember looking around during the service & noticed many misty eyes.
