Inspired Design is by far my favorite wedding stationery retail store and yes I had been to quite a few as I wanted to make sure I made the right choice. Inspired design offers customers with the choice of purchasing papers to do their own wedding invitations or you can hand it to the professionals to do for you. The staff always go that extra mile to make sure you are happy and offer advice without the stress that occurs with the Wedding preparation. Inspired design produced the most beautiful wedding invitations - the least stressfull part in the organising of my wedding. Great range, very friendly and helpful staff and very professional. INSPIRED DESIGN HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Inspired by You made the invitation process very smooth and I was happy with the end result. The staff had the patience and provided me with guidance through out the process. They were also happy to do 2 different mockup as I was unsure which one I wanted as I was using different papers. As I went last minute I was extremely happy when I was told I could have my invites done in 4weeks. True to their word they were done a few days before the 4 weeks period. They were perfect and my family and partners family were extemely pleased with the result and my choice. Recommend everyone visiting

I recently purchased my wedding stationery at Inspired Design. My wedding invitations were very complex being crafty and hand crafted so I chose for them to finish the entire job. I was amazed by the wedding stationery range that Inspired Design had. They not only took the time to walk me through all the bits and bobs...they were more than happy to answer questions, show me how samples looked with different bits stuck here and there and also to completely make me a design from scratch. Harry gave me us a wonderful deal and for the work that went into them, I cannot even begin to say enough about their expertise. I had french lace on pearl card, inlay of a different colour and two different font. The whole design process was wonderful, he had enough lace to make more wedding invitations than necessary and he did...and gave them to me!! They said roughly six weeks to get them completed and they were done in three...with RSVP cars, envelopes for all and exquisite invites ready and packaged in bags when we arrived. An awesome team who were easy to talk to both on the phone and in person when necessary. Everyone knew what I was talking about when I rang even if they hadn't conducted the initial consultation. Harry and his team at Inspired Design are exceptional in all that they do.

I found the most awesome wedding invitation at Inspired Design that are located in Preston Melbourne. It was a black and white invite and the backing paper was actually plastic (check the website in crafty creations www.inspired-design.com.au). The price was most reasonable and the staff was most helpful. They even showed me how to assemble which was a huge saving. Definitely recommend a visit to Inspired Design as they have the best range of Wedding Stationery in all of Melbourne

My wedding invitation experience was fantastic. I saw Inspired Design at the ABS bridal fair and was impressed with their wedding invitation range. What was also pleasing was they they had a retail store and was able to visit them at my own leisure (no appointment necessary). The product range at Inspired Design was very impressive. For my wedding stationery I selected one of the Inspired Designs (Oriella) and they were happy to match the colors with a swatch from the bridesmaids. The designer who was working on my invite was very pleasant and helpful and did a number of sample invites with the design for me to select from. I also left the invitations to last minute and the turnaround was amazing (2.5 wks) which meant that I had 10 weeks up my sleeve to send the invites. Well they did squeeze me in which was most appreciative whilst all other invitation places were not helpful and were telling me 6-8 weeks. The quality of their work was fantastic. All my guests were impressed and commented on the design and quality. My cousin also visited Inspired Design and had a great experience - the whole process was smooth and the wedding invitations were top quality I definitely recommend going straight to Inspired Design for your wedding stationery. Don't bother with other places

Well where do I start. In one word amazing. Well I had these fantastic wedding stationery done by Inspired Design. Just picked them up yesterday and was so excited I decided to hand deliver some that evening. Everyone loved them. The wedding invitations have the most amazing Diamantee design on a simple yet elegant invite . Anyone who is planning a wedding forget about other places just go to Inspired Design in Preston and you will simply be amazed

Frequently Asked Questions

What if there is a mistake with my order?

Please check your proof very carefully before submitting it to us to be printed, as stationery items will be printed as you submit the final proof. If you receive an item that is misprinted compared to what you submitted you must notify us immediately and it will be reprinted and sent to you via express delivery at no additional cost to you.

When should invitations be mailed out?

Invitations should usually be mailed out 6-8 weeks before the wedding date. This allows ample time for your guests to respond.

Please note: It is advisable to proceed with ordering your invites much earlier, as it avoids pressure if left to the last minute. If you see and know what you want, simply order. These days it is not uncommon for couples to order invites 4 to 6 and even 12 months in advance.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cashier's cheques or Money Orders.

Do you have a catalogue available?

We do not have catalogues available by mail. The only catalogues we have are the large albums we have at our store.

Can I see a proof before my order is printed?

Proofs of your items are available at no extra charge. A proof is a complete copy of the text you submitted in the lettering style of your choice, set out in the way it will be on all your stationery items. It will be sent to you. A proof is an actual invitation printed in colour.

Allow 2-5 business days for proofs on all orders for interstate delivery.
Allow 7-14 business days for international delivery or
You can view a proof at one of our stores (please check beforehand).

Can I choose my own wording or do I have to use what is on the card?

All wording listed on the examples on the page are only suggestions. Please feel free to write your own or make changes to the verses shown. If you would like to see some sample verses, please check our Wording page on the 'Downloads' tab.

How long does it take to receive the order?

It usually takes 2-3 weeks after signing your "completed proof". Allow an extra 2-5 working days for delivery if interstate. Allow 7-14 days for delivery if international.
