Jenny Law PositionOwner ProfileWhen I was 7 years old and my mother was a beautician working from home, I watched her clients leave looking beautiful with a smile on their face. I wasn’t sure why they were so happy but I always saw them coming back. I knew I had a thing for the beauty industry at a young age. As a teenager I would sneakily look through my mum's make up case for the eyeliner and lipstick to put on before going to school. I would ask her to apply night cream on my face before going to sleep. My friends and family always asked me for advice on skincare and how to apply make up or style their hair. They knew I would be happy to help make them look beautiful and be honest about it. I am absolutely fascinated by cosmetics and skincare, how it can enhance one's features, improve our skin and help us look more confident and beautiful. What I do today for a living is a dream come true. I love what I do and I am committed to providing my clients 100% attention to achieve the look they want. As soon as you know your wedding date, it is best to start looking at booking anyone who provides a service. Such as myself (Make up and hair stylist), venue and photographer etc because often we can only provide our service to one or two clients per day.
There are only 52 weekends in a year and most brides are choosing either a Saturday or Sunday to get married. That's why it's important to plan ahead.

Lady Jayne (Market leader in Hair accessories), Dally M Awards 2010 (Official annual player awards for the National Rugby League competition), The Biggest Loser Australian contestants, Australian Model Laura Clemesha – who has been on Ralph & Dolly magazine and TV series ‘Home and Away’, Colbest (Corporate business wear) What brand of make up do you use? I use M.A.C cosmetics. I update my make up kit with new Mac colours and products from time to time, so my clients will have more variety to choose from. How long does a wedding hair and make up trial take? Depending on the hairstyle(s) and make up we want to achieve, it can take up to 2- 2.5 hours. It is always a good idea to email me photos of the hairstyles and make up you like prior to your wedding trial. Do I have to bring my own fake eyelashes for the trial and wedding? Absolutely not, individual eye lashes are included when you book in for your make up. I heard you use Airbrushing make up, what is it? Airbrushing makeup is a way of applying makeup that uses an airbrush. A light mist of foundation is sprayed onto your skin giving you a flawless, smooth and glowing complexion. It allows for a smooth application without cracks or streaks and last up to 13 hours, perfect for weddings and photos! You will look amazing and will leave everyone wondering how you have such great skin. Celebrities always look great on the red carpet because they usually have airbrush makeup on.
