And when we experienced a few hiccups dealing directly with a third party vendor, Jo came to the rescue and presented us with alternatives that we instantly recognised as better ideas. Jo has been professional, meticulous, thoughtful and versatile throughout, we are entirely grateful that she is at the helm of Sails. Outstanding venue. Great people. Amazing view, inside and out.
