We found a very unusual man's wedding band in the States that was only carried by a few jewelers. We found Seferian on line and worked with Paul. He was amazing. Helen and Mike Purchasing items in the modern world is often no more gratifying than a trip to the supermarket- a simple exchange of money devoid of charm or interest. It is a pleasure therefore to find retailers who consider their work to be more than just this dull transfer of dollars.Paul and Gary and the rest of the family turned a shopping trip into a social event. If you want to buy a ring that is memorable, then the buying of it should also be memorable. That is exactly how it was for us. My fiancee came across Seferian Diamonds on the internet and got a quote for his Dora wedding band. He was very impressed with Paul's quick response and reasonable price. I then decided to get a quote for my wedding band after finding the place my fiancee originally purchased my engagement ring was now quoting a price I considered unreasonable. After meeting up with Paul he gave me a quote I was very happy with and helped me with my design to ensure it matched my engagement ring. I found his input and ideas really valuable as well as suggestions for my eternity ring later on. The wedding band was made within 1-2 weeks and I was very happy with the result when I picked it up including a surprise in the design which I didn't expect but loved. It was a last minute decision to purchase diamond earings for my daughters 40th birthday. I knew diamonds were rated according to the 4Cs, but didn't not who to trust or where to go to make sure we received value for money. Amazing Jeweller. It is far less expensive (saved around $400) than a walk in shop, yet the service and product was of the highest quality. Had a few minor issues with my order, but Paul was readily available and emailing me constantly. Would definitely recommend this jeweller.

I entered their showroom with minimal knowledge of diamonds and rings in general. My wife and I came accross Seferian Diamonds after countless weekends searching for rings around Melbourne that she rarely liked. And the ones she did like had way to many zeros on the end of the purchase price for our liking. After walking in we were made to feel very welcome and had a chat with Paul about what my wife was basically looking for. He clearly knew what he was talking about.. and more importantly what my wife was talking about. That very day we decided to make a somewhat custom made ring based on another she like in store. A few weeks later we came back and were thrilled with what Gary who designed and made the ring had come up with! It was almost to the word what my wife had asked for. We were very happy with the quality, service and professionalism Seferian offered, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to those who are looking.

I initially purchased a set of beautiful diamond earrings at Seferian Diamonds for my wife. The second time I returned to Seferian Diamonds was to purchase a custom setting with pink diamonds for my wife's engagement ring. It was only the second time I had met Paul and Gary and they accommodated me well after hours. Gary invited me to personally sit in his workshop and watch him hand-make a beautiful wedding band from raw gold. As he molded the gold with his bare hands over a span of two-three hours, he explained the art, design and chemistry behind his work to me. After watching him finish the ring, Gary then sized it to suit my wife's finger and gave it to me as a gift to say thank you for being a customer. It made me realise then and there that every piece of jewelry from Seferian Diamonds comes from Gary's passion and from the heart. Gary and Paul are true gentlemen and master jewelers of distinction and decades of experience and pedigree. The customer experience I had from Seferian Diamonds was of the highest professionalism and immaculately personalised. I think my experience above explains it all.

My husband and I did countless hours research on diamonds and looked all around Melbourne/Highpoint etc looking for that perfect diamond but I had already found it the day I met Paul Seferian of Seferian Diamonds. In all honesty, he was terrific. He had 3 diamonds for me to choose from extremely quickly after I asked and one of them was just perfect for me! On top of that, the service we received really was second to none. We have since purchased our wedding bands, birthday gifts, thank you gifts and our children's baptism jewellery from them and could not be happier. We have formed a friendship with Gary, Paul and Liz over the years and even after an embarassing moment (my daughter weeing on their floor!) I always feel welcomed by them. I still have very positive comments about my engagement and wedding rings and it has been 3 years since I got married. I don't think anyone could ever be disappointed in the craftsmanship of this jewellery and I will continue to shop with them. Hope I haven't ranted on too much here but obviously I'm very happy! :)

I recently bought a pair of Diamond stud earrings from Seferian Diamonds. I was given a diamond drop necklace for my birthday and decided to get some special earrings to match. I had walked pass Seferian Diamonds many times and thought I might check it out. I was impressed with the quality of the diamonds (after having done my research like any normal woman) and was impressed by the level of service I got from here. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase a diamond. Gary was the person who served me and apart from being a complete charmer, he knew his 'diamonds' well. Not one to normally write a review, I am so happy with Seferian Diamonds I feel I owe this to them... I have now purchased two items from Seferian Diamonds- an engagement ring and a set of diamond studs. On both occasions I shopped around extensively and found Seferian Diamonds to not only be the most competitive in price but their quality is unmatched. The engagement ring was made to order with all my specifications and the diamond studs were amazing. The help I received from Paul when buying the engagement ring was great- His relaxed attitude and knowledge made me feel confident in what I was buying.
