All prices are transparent. Majority of clients will choose their package price from the guide which is charged per person. The other charge applicable is a security guard which is a compulsory component. Price is available on application. And the final charge is up to you should you wish to attend our menu tasting nights, price available on application. The price is a reduction on our standard package price.

Yes they can but the client must read, understand and sign a conditions of vehicle entry. Bridal cars then have access one vehicle at a time via Gate A. There is no parking on-site.

Unfortunately The Terrace cannot accommodate for wedding ceremonies. Please contact Blake's Feast for ceremony packages and photographer permits in The Royal Botanic Gardens.

We are open to the public during the day and only operate as a reception center for private events in the evening.

Reception timing 6.30pm - 11.30pm. Last drinks are served at 11.25pm then guests have the next half hour to finish their drinks and leave the venue and gardens via Gate A. Start time is a little bit flexible but is dependant on date and number of guests.

Set up and access for suppliers is bump-in 5.00pm - 6.30pm and bump-out midnight. We can sometimes arrange bump-out first thing the following day.

Best access to The Terrace is via Gate A on the corner of Alexandra Ave and Anderson St South Yarra. We are located on the Ornamental Lake.

Parking is all street parking on Alexandra Ave or Anderson St South Yarra. All is unlimited and free of charge after 6.30pm on Alexandra Ave and always free of charge but also unlimited on Anderson St after 6.30pm.

Public Transport is available either from Richmond Train Station by walking 15mins across AAMI park or from stop 24 Domain/Park from Tram 8 (Toorak). Guests will then walk 5mins from Gate D to The Terrace.
