We do Spit Roast style catering with a choice of 3 roast meats and salads or vegetables . We also do entree and deserts to order . We have been in the catering and hospitality industry for 40 years. We are a privately owned and operated business . We use as much local meat and produce as we can at all times. We operate through the whole metro area.
