Booked transport for our wedding 12 months out and paid a 50% deposit. Our wedding was impacted by Covid. Explored with them if we could transfer the deposit to another service (at the same day & time, or for any other date) which they declined as they want to leave the vehicles free for another wedding. They also refused to refund the deposit as they didn’t have another booking. During this correspondence I was informed (weeks out from the wedding date) that our booking would have been impacted by covid restrictions. We’d originally booked 2 vehicles for 4 passengers each, however upon exploring a potential transfer they advised they only have capacity for 2 passengers per vehicle. There was no acknowledgement on their part for the fact that they were unable to fulfil the original booking and had given us no notice. The customer service and lack of flexibility we received was disappointing. Please be careful when booking.
