    cache-STORE OF FOOD was established in April 2005 + commenced operation on Friday 6th May 2005. cache-JUICE + SMOOTHIE BAR was opened as an addition to cache-STORE OF FOOD on Friday 17th November 2006. It was opened due to customer demand + to add further seating. cache-FUNCTION & WEDDING CENTRE & the “new” cache, was opened on 4th July 2012. Our new café seats upto 130+ inside & 90+ guests in our private courtyard. Our function centre will seat up to 170+ guests comfortably, with a dance floor. Our Motel rooms will open for business as of 1st October 2012. We have 9 motel rooms in total including accessible room, 1 suite & 2 double rooms for families. cache, pronounced “kash”not “cash”has 2 meanings according to the dictionary. 1. To store something, in our case “food” 2. A secret hiding place, in our case “the courtyard” as not many people knew it existed when we first opened. Hence the reasoning for the business name. Renee Chambeyron– head chef/principal of cache-STORE OF FOOD, has been in the hospitality industry since 1991. Renee became an apprentice chef in Sydney in November 1995 + continued to work in Sydney for 10 years. Renee’s passion for great food + service has led her to share her passions through establishing cache, which you form a vital part of the success of this dream. Renee believes that a customer should feel welcome + enjoy their experience from the moment they walk into cache to the moment they leave. She expects the team member should treat the customer the way they would like to be treated if they were dining out. The atmosphere, service, food + beverage are all as vital as each other, the customers positive experience is essential to the longevity of cache.
