    Simon was fabulous. Organised, intuitive and silently efficient. The food was absolutely delicious. We and our guests were delighted with both Simon and Kristy. The evening was stress free and well worth it. He certainly lived up to his moniker of a chef that listens. I will hire Simon again in a heartbeat.
