As well as her qualifications in Celebrancy, she has professional qualifications in Health and Social work and in depth life knowledge and experience. Jenne combines all these skills to offer a distinctive and personal marriage, celebration or ceremony. Jenne takes a person and couple centered approach to the marriages, celebrations and ceremonies she conducts. Jenne’s unique Interfaith (all religions and spiritual paths) and secular (humanist/atheist) philosophy and experience means that she can offer diverse resources to your ceremony to make it a personal and meaningful one. Jenne offers: Marriage – spiritual and secular approaches, according to your needs Ceremonies for life events – baby namings, love, celebration, recommitment, grief and loss. Ritual for healing and personal growth – emotional healing, letting go, life crises and more. In addition to Celebrancy and Ceremony, Jenne offers the following: Mistress of Ceremonies Public speaking, Facilitating events. Jenne Perlstein MBBS (Medical Degree), BSW (Social Work), AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers), Cert IV TAE (Training Assessment & Evaluation), Cert IV Marriage Celebrancy, CCNA (Celebrants & Celebrations Network Australia), CMC- Civil Marriage Celebrant. Jenne studied Civil Marriage Celebrancy at the Academy of Celebrancy in 2010-11 and was approved by the Commonwealth Government of Australia to be a Civil Marriage Celebrant in November 2012. Jenne has 27 years experience as a Social Worker with a degree in Medicine, in the areas of health, disability, rehabilitation education, and aged care encompassing, counselling, family work, case work, community development, policy, Aboriginal justice and has worked in the UK. Jenne has a back ground in non-religious humanism (secular) AND Christianity, (Protestant and Catholic), Judaism and Buddhism and many other spiritual paths including Nature/Earth based ceremony. Jenne is comfortable with ceremonies that embrace all approaches illustrated by her acceptance into the One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in New York, where she is now studying via distance learning . She combines these skills to enhance your marriage and celebration or ceremony and her focus is the couple/person she is doing the ceremony for, and their wants. Jenne has a passion for ceremony, believing that life’s events are wonderful ones to celebrate, but also others that need more recognition – turning 13, divorce, dying, and other unacknowledged life events and losses. Jenne has studied and participated in many spiritual and ceremonial events, workshops, conferences and Retreats, Meditation (Buddhist, Nature based and Kabbalistic), Jungian psychology which assist her intuitive skills in aiding people to illuminate their personal needs in ceremony. Jenne thus has a deep understanding of symbolism, myth, ritual and story. Jenne Perlstein all faiths marriage. She has travelled widely in India, Middle East, Europe, Britain and the USA, learning and embracing the world’s traditions, religions, spiritual paths, archaeology ceremonies and life paths.
