    Charlene was professional and frankly amazing. She listened to exactly what we wanted and we couldn't have been happier with our hair and makeup! Charlene sent us all pertinent information before the day, so we knew exactly what to expect. We also thoroughly enjoyed the experience as Charlene was responsive to all feedback and created exactly the looks we wanted. She did hair and makeup including fake lashes for both of us and had ready optional touch up kits (which we chose to purchase).
