Great guy. Communication was fantastic. Our catering job was cancelled due to covid but manny was amazing.

OMG am I allowed to give him 10 stars? If you need someone to cater - don't hesitate. The food is amazing, plentiful and reasonably priced. The service is friendly and supportive - and they didn't mind my puppy hanging around.....but I did notice that hand hygiene was always carried out after the attention. Being a nurse working through Covid, this was very important to me. Manny and his workers go that one extra step and ensure your night is perfect - nothing is a problem, the clean up is sparkling and he is unfailing honest. We were overwhelmed with prawns because their purchase price was less than he quoted us for - so he bought extra for us. Thank you Manny, my 60th was absolutely perfect. One suggestion - order the dessert tasting spread....OMG OMG OMG

Manny catered for family buffet lunch (for 17). The food was great (both quality and variety); he arrived early, set up tables with chafing dishes and food, cooked and served grilled steak, and cleared away everything after meal. This left me time to talk with family instead of being in the kitchen! We would highly recommend Manny for any catering job,
