    Ryan Weale is the Chef, Owner and Operator of Four Weale Catering and with his wife Halina Weale are here to cater for your next event. Ryan has 18 year’s experience in the Hospitality Industry and more than 14 years’ experience as a qualified chef having worked in both Australia and overseas, spending 3 years in London broadening his love and knowledge of food and specialising in private and corporate event catering. Four Weale Catering aim to provide a high level of service for each event we cater for today and in the future. We offer a range of catering services/options including canapés, substantial bites, bowl food (mini main meals), assorted platters, lunch/dinner up to three course’s and bbq/premium buffets, in the privacy of your own home or a venue of your choice. We can tailor any menu to your individual needs. Any enquiries are welcome, we will work with you to create your perfect event menu so please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

    Four Weale Catering service were hired to cater for my 40th birthday private function. From the first initial contact, right through to the end, I could not fault anything. Communication was very professional and always quick with a response, the wide choice of food on the menu was amazing and cost was very reasonable. Head Chef, Chef and wait staff arrived promptly and ensured the food was ready to serve at the appointed time. The dishes served to guests were presented like a 5 star restaurant and the quality and taste of food was even better. Many compliments were given by the guests on the quality of food and I have no hesitation in recommending them for future events. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was provided, dishes were washed and every effort was made to ensure the event was clean and clear of rubbish. My night was made easy and care free and I cannot thank Four Weale Catering enough. Professional, caring and high quality catering

    I used Ryan Weale and Four Weale catering for my husbands 70th birthday dinner. The food was exceptional, as was the service. Nothing was too much trouble for these people. They certainly ensured that everyone had a great night. I will certainly be recommending them to everyone.

    I hired Four Weale catering for my daughter's 21st, with a sit down dinner for 40 guests. The food was exceptional, fresh and tasty. Staff were awesome and everything was cleaned expertly with minimum fuss. Highly recommended.

    Ryan, Halina and team catered for our Golden Anniversary party. The food was delicious with great attention given to guest with special dietary needs. The service was exceptional, everthing was done with a smile and they went out of their way to fit the food and drink service around the formalities of the party. Our guests were most impressed.
