    Initially we didn't believe we needed a wedding coordinator to have a successful wedding; however, the venue we chose for our big day required one. We were provided a list of several wedding coordinators by the venue to choose from, but decided to meet a couple of others we found on our own. We came across "Heatherbelle Event Design," after seeing some photos of a wedding she had done at our venue. From our first meeting we knew that they were the right fit for us and decided to hire them immediately. We had multiple meetings over a period of 6 months and during this time Heather was very flexible and accommodating with our schedules as we were commuting over 90 minutes away for our meetings. Throughout that time, Heather made sure that we reached our milestones, and if we fell behind, she quickly provided us with suggestions (e.g. selecting vendors) to get us back on track. On the day of our wedding rehearsal, Heather took control and managed the entire wedding party providing detailed instructions to everyone and what to expect. Our wedding party and family all noted on how organized and easy the rehearsal was thanks to Heather's direction. On the wedding day, Heather arrived an hour earlier than planned to help set-up 1,000 paper cranes we wanted to be displayed and to be hung on an arch at the venue - she didn't have to do that, but Heather and her assistant did. The wedding went according to the timeline we worked on together, and all the details from assisting family with specials needs to managing the various vendors couldn't have gone any better. We are so glad we hired Heatherbelle Event Design to coordinate our big wedding day. Anybody looking for a wedding coordinator who is not only ambitious, responsible and reliable must hire Heatherbelle Event Design!

    I would not have made it through the wedding planning process without Heather. She made the process easy and stress free, from finding us the best vendors at the best prices to tackling more difficult issues. The price discounts we got through her more then paid for her own fee. The best wedding planning decision I made was hiring Heather. If I could do it all over again I would have hired her the day after I got engaged instead of waiting the month to decide if I needed a wedding planner.
