James Gourley is a freelance Editorial, Fashion, Portrait, Event, PR and Wedding photographer based in Sydney, available to work on location around the world. Formerly a staff photographer for Rex Shutterstock in London, James worked as part of the in-house photography team for BAFTA (covering the annual Film & TV Awards Ceremonies), the National Television Awards, the British Independent Film Awards and the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art Gala (Met Gala). Additionally he worked as part of the Downing Street and Royal Family Rota system’s, allowing him access to closed elements of Political and State Events. Additionally James has extensive experience in portraiture and fashion, shooting portraits for several clients including Deadline Hollywood Magazine and Variety Magazine, and covering fashion week's in London, Milan and Sydney.
