Naomi grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and moved to Sydney 8 years ago, being a dual citizen. She has always loved the arts and beauty and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in photography from Georgia State University in Atlanta. Naomi also holds a Diploma of Makeup IV from The Academy of Makeup in Sydney. She has worked at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Sydney for the past two years under renowned Japanese makeup artist Chisato Chris Arai, this past year being the head assistant. Naomi has done makeup for Sydney Mardi dancers for the past two years, being the head makeup designer/artist for the ACON float this past year. Naomi has done beauty photoshoot makeup for Australian SkiCross Olympian, Sami Kennedy Sim. She has done fashion show makeup and hair for world wide environmental artist, Marina DeBris; this year being the Head Makeup Artist for her show “Trashion”. Naomi’s editorial makeup work has been published in Shuba magazines November 2017 issue. And Naomi’s creative direction and makeup work was published in Elements magazine September 2017 issue. She has done makeup on editorial shoots with accomplished photographers Ray Ranoa, Alex LV, and Brad Mawby. This past month, Naomi assisted the head makeup artist on the feature film Standing Up for Sunny, starring RJ Mitte known from Breaking Bad, and Phillipa Northeast known from Home and Away. Naomi also does hair and makeup for many hens parties, bridal parties, and general beauty clients. Naomi loves to help clients feel their most confident, glamourous, and beautiful.
