Nicolette was enthusiastic but very inexperienced. She told us she had been doing this for about 5 years but let it slip to a guest at the wedding that it was her first wedding which was very disappointing. We gave her a list of requested photos and she never referred to it, leading to some being missed out. There were many photos that were useless (eg 7 photos of the empty chairs before the ceremony, photos from behind of people taking pictures of us - why bother!). Many had people cut in half or taken from behind. She seemed reluctant to get people to pose for photos, though when she did, they were the best ones she took. There were a lot of general shots of people from a distance which overall, weren't effective. I wrote to Nicolette about these issues (and others) a couple of weeks ago and I am disappointed to say she hasn't bothered to reply. I COULD NOT recommend her to others and I wonder how she managed a 5* rating, given ours was her first wedding!!
