Hi Joe, I'm sorry you feel that way, as you are aware it was pouring rain, you had me perform under a leaky ezy shade, my main concern was making sure the kids didn't get wet, it's very hard to have great stage presence when everyone is squished under a small space in the rain, you booked for ages 1-6 and I performed tricks that were suitable for those age groups, you asked for bright colourful magic to keep the kids entertained, that's what we provided, the kids loved it, they were interacting with everything and that's the main thing, but I do apologise that you weren't impressed with the magic, to make up for it il give you 20% off your next event, feel free to visit our website to see what we offer, hopefully your next booking is on a sunny day, Kind regards Josh Prestige Entertainment
