They have catered two large parties for us and the food is delicious, they are professional and on time. They are calm and happy while they are working. I would use them again.

Paella Time provides great food infused with smiles.....delicious! Scott and Sarah are a staple of our local market scene and I just love their paella.....and the size of their pans. The way Paella Time's food is prepared is amazing to watch. Only problem is I am so full after eating it I can't fit in other market tasties.
