I have a certificate 3 in hospitality since 2006 I have done a event for Julia Gillard I come to your house and help you prep for your party so you decide what you want and I will help you. You buy the food you are only paying for my time as you know most catering company's charge per head and there always seem to just cover the guests some still go home hungry this wont happen with me. We will go though what you want I will give you a shopping list then on the day I will be there to help you when you fell like you can handle the rest I will leave and the food stays with you I don't take it with me as others do so your guest wont go hungry I also have most big kitchen items commercial mixer ,slicer , pie warmer , ice maker ,urn plates glasses flat ware cake stands ect I can also serve people and work the bar
