I found my process very easy to navigate with Heidi, and she helped me since my first contact to understand my needs, expectations, fears, etc.; she made it easy. During the session, I was relaxed, listening to pleasant music - it was like being home. I love this experience.

I hired the studio at Say Heidi for a client photo shoot. It could not have been more perfect. The studio is spacious and light and we made use of the great props that come with the space. The white brick walls, white floors and gorgeous high ceilings resulted in a beautiful soft light that was ideal for our shoot. Heidi was so accommodating with our needs and she even opened up the studio extra early to make sure it was warm for our arrival. Outstanding customer service. I will be coming back for sure!
