Nikki and Michael did an outstanding job. The occasion was my mothers 90th Birthday, in the family home, with 60 guests ranging in ages from 93yrs to 5 years. Right from the outset Nikki arrived at Mum's house and talked through the menu options and the layout of the house. We selected 6 items per guest and asked for a server. On the big day (a Sunday) they arrived early and where ready to start serving 30 mins after the guests arrived. Right on time. The food was fabulous, fresh and full of flavour. The fact that virtually everything was eaten is testament enough, but all the quests commented on how wonderful it was and several asked for their contact details. On top of this the service was fantastic, The server, Petra, was an absolute delight and received high praise from Mum's guests. Michael and Petra stayed right to the end, the kitchen cleaned up, the rubbish in the bins and a small tray of leftovers placed ready for supper that night. I could not fault them and their friendly smiling service stayed all day. Many guests rang Mum the next day to once again say they had a marvelous time and complimented "shared affair". How did mum feel her birthday part went?-- it was the best party she'd had in years - she's still talking about it a week later. Michael & Nikki and the shared affair team catered for our wedding we held at home in Queenspark. Dana and her team on site for the day did a brilliant job, prompt, easy to desl with, clean and tidy and of course the food was fantastic. Received so many positive commenrs from out guests. We asked the Shared Affair team to help us with a milestone 60th birthday - but we wanted something low key, casual and intimate. Not only was the food outstanding, with every guest commenting on how delicious it was, but our friends also remarked on the friendliness of the staff. Shared Affair took care of everything, from liaising with the venue, to designing the decor and preparing the space, to waiting on our guests to cleaning up - it was the most stress-free event we've ever organised and we highly recommend them.
