      For big events, I really recommend asking for a tasting test unfortunately these days many food photos look good and are not really good... if you are about to invest your savings make sure you are going to be happy with the result...Both were very passionate cooks and love maintaining the old fashion way as their parents used to cook using real fresh ingredients making everything from scratch...My last advice would be to ask if there are any hidden costs...
