      The question is from my eyes can I trust you the client after providing the service...I have now been in business for over 20 years now and know what is required having done just about all the events you could think of...For a Birthday, 21st, or similar minimum 100 people @ $10 per head with a restrictive menu or an agreed rent whether set fee or a percentage of the profits made...Took them out was paid and threw them down...
