If you plan to serve alcohol at the event, ask if they can provide bar services or work with an external vendor for this...Will they assist with event coordination beyond catering, such as table arrangements, decorations, or rental coordination?...so that means I never have to open a box ...Finger food catering or noodle boxes (will be lots of kids so thinking some fish n chip noodle boxes or similar)..I do not discount however as I have the clients needs wants...

Orita's Japanese Fusion Cuisine was named after my family name and was officially opened to the general public on 16th January 2001.

My dream since the age of 15 was to have my own restaurant in the country I love most. I decided that this country was to be Australia when I came here for the first time. This was twenty years ago when I first visited Australia to do market research for the Hyatt International. Then eight years later I had the opportunity to be back again to do the opening set up of Hyatt Regency Adelaide Shiki Restaurant as the Area Japanese Chef for Hyatt Asia Pacific.
