Fresh produce and natural flavours gives my food great taste...I have 20 years catering experience, from 10 people private functions to 1000 people sit down dinners...We have a school social event to cater for and don't want to be paying $75 upwards per head, we are considering either a Buffet dinner party or a Buffet catered event so if you could let me know the difference in price between the two as well as additional cost for staff.
