      Most celebrants are ethical in their standards and cheap means cheap...The balance is paid at the rehearsal, or a week before the ceremony...I have great time management skills so I am never late for any meeting or ceremony...None of the marriage in Asia is legal in Australia so we are wanting to make it so and change my ( the bride) last name...My price is in line with most other celebrants in my area, but I am willing to negotiate...
