      Most celebrants are ethical in their standards and cheap means cheap...Asking a celebtant about experience is always helpful, how far a celebrant is willing to travel to do a ceremony, if a celebrant has a website that they can look at...I guarantee my work, by having the couple and myself sign a contract that outlines my fees, and what they can expect for that, and what refunds if any they would get, in cases of cancellation...At this stage it isn't...
