      If a one flare customer wants me and is willing to transfer a deposit to sercure that date, before we meet to commence paper work then I will give a 5% discount as long as the deposit is done on the day of booking...The balance is paid at the rehearsal, or a week before the ceremony...Most celebrants are ethical in their standards and cheap means cheap...At this stage it isn't likely and we have held off for a few months...
