      Before I provide a quote I need the place, the date, the approximate time of your Ceremony and whether it is an elopement or a full wedding Ceremony...With all other ceremonies I enter into a signed agreement with my clients which is a legally binding agreement...A Except for the legal vows - it doesn't matter as long as it is genuine...Marcoola beach we will get council permit ,we only need a simple ceremony..I would never suggest appointing a celebrant before...
