Dear Peter, I am writing to thank you for your catering services for our wedding on December 16th 2017. On the day, your staff were incredibly professional. Your waiter was very on top of everything in terms of delivering a polite and efficient service, as well as keeping the tables as clean as possible. Your chef was very well mannered and approachable, and those who had dietary requirements commented on how well you provided for them. The food was absolutely delicious and we had many comments from the guests saying how good the quality of the food was. The canapes and the mains were very attractive and there was more than enough food and no one went hungry! My only regret of my husband and I was that we were so excited for the day that we weren't hungry enough to eat more than we did. It was all incredibly yummy! I also want to thank your staff for their patience during our speeches - they were conducted next to the kitchen and we are so thankful that your staff waited until we had finished with our speeches before they cleaned up. We understand that it was a long time for them to wait, but their patience was highly valued and we very much appreciate it. The service that you provided was far beyond what we had expected for the day and it enabled our wedding to be relaxed, but also enabled guests to enjoy themselves. We highly recommend your services and believe that you have done an astounding job ensuring that your company provides a professional service which delivers exactly what you said it will. Absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Peter was a joy to work with during the consultation process where he took the time to really understand what kind of service my partner and I were seeking for the wedding. Peter was responsive to our queries, made helpful suggestions ... The booking process was extremely clear and Peter was great about ensuring we understood and were comfortable with the contracts before signing. From the moment we officially booked in until the big day, we felt we were in safe hands. On the day itself, Peter and his team work efficiently and with minimal oversight/guidance. They were absolute pros and managed all aspects perfectly. The cooks were also thoughtful enough to save some entrees for the wedding party (including my husband and me) while we were off having photos. The food itself? Stunning. All our guests raved about how delicious everything was and that it was the first wedding they had attended where they actually had enough to eat. We chose a buffet style to keep things more casual and ensure everyone could eat as much as they needed, and I’d highly recommend this option for anyone who wants to ensure their guests can eat their fill and stock up on energy for the dance floor. 5/5 across the board for support, service and taste. While I don’t plan on getting married again, I’ll be looking to ACC Catering for assistance with future events such as milestone birthdays and large family gatherings.
