If you visit our website you can see our menu choices as some paellas are slightly different pricings..I have served some of the finest musicians around and cooked at some of the finest homes in Byron Bay...see our website at paellatime.com.au for menu with starters, salads and desserts.... It depends on many thing so the best way to answer all your questions is to have a 10 min chat, work out the customer needs then we are able to write a suitable menu quote that we can send them..If you're planning a 3 course meal, you may choose to do the desserts yourself and we can do the fingerfood starter and main meal...We certainly don't but for some reason many caterers seem to push the price up...
