      We prepare for large corporate businesses up tp 1000 per sitting with our refridgerated truck for deliveries...We also have a PA system for music and microphone for your functions...Usually a function can be catered for @ $19.90 per person standard servings allowing 250 gms of meat per person on our buffet delivered..There are going to be roughly 8 people and it will be in my hotel room...We also hire spit roasts and can supply all the meat including full pigs...
