      All I can say is that we are very flexible regarding menu as we write a new and exciting menu for each and every client...and a Budget is always VERY helpful, otherwise its a guessing game...spending time at holmesgen , galleries, wineries, cafes, from fine dining to far from good I have seen what works and what doesn't...Please add vegetarian meals as well not containing eggs as well..Ask if they have experience working at your chosen venue...Honestly, it is entirely...
