depends on the food - Do you clear the tables?..I start with per head roughly $37-52 which includes everything to do with food!..just everyone wanting to have a selfie with the crucified lamb!..Morning session is for formal dignitaries and afternoon session is for staff/customers/friends etc...7 years of fire cooking, and 12 years in the kitchen!..All my wood is sourced from Thors Hammer recycled hardwoods, I use his off cuts of mixed red, blackout, dense browns and ironbark/dense reds...Becoming part of...
