Nathan was a member of the team that successfully opened Canberra's finest Restaurant, Aubergine in Griffith. He then travelled to England where Nathan earned a place in one of Marco Pierre White's team at the elegant Criterion Grill, working alongside one of Britain's finest pastry Chefs, Roger Pizey. Back in Australia, Nathan walked into a job with the catering company, Kitchen Witchery. Nathan opened his photography business, nathan lanham photography in 2010.
